Quicksand

This is a reminder for me and you, my friend.

There's a scene on "The Replacement" (2000's box office movie starring Keanu Reaves) that always makes me fall into a deep thought. The scene started with the coach (Jimmy McGinty) asked the player about their biggest fear, after some funny respond then he asked Shane Falco and he said :

"Quicksand"
"You're playing and you think everything is going fine. Then one thing goes wrong. And then another. And another. You try to fight back, but the harder you fight, the deeper you sink. Until you can't move... you can't breathe... because you're in over your head. Like quicksand".

Have you ever felt it?
Maybe we tried too hard for a wrong reason
Maybe we need to back off a little while, take a deep breath, clear our vision
Then try again...
Or take another path...
Hey, this world is bigger than me and you...
